Robert offers great representation for a reasonable price. He is caring and empathetic. He represented me in a child custody case and I am happy with the results. He doesn't do extra non essential things to run your bill up like some attorneys do. I highly recommend Robert.

Robert is very well spoken. He offered good advise and suggested several options to resolve matters. He listened to what I had to say and was very easy to work with. He also had a flexible schedule that worked well with mine. His rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Robert for representation.

Thank goodness I finally found an attorney that represented me with integrity and helped me through this long nightmare of a divorce. Robert was very responsive from the beginning, answered every communication, kept my case on track, and gave me counsel that finally gave me some relief. Robert came in late in the case to wrap up the final stages, and he got more accomplished in one action than was done in 2 years of constant attacks. I wish I had started my divorce process with him.

I had the opportunity to work w/ Mr. Stavins recently for a guardianship case. What seemed, to me, something that would be relatively straight forward, became more involved. Mr. Stavins was excellent at communicating with me, responding to questions and concerns, and guiding me through the process. I appreciated that he was honest about how things could go. I found his rates to be very reasonable comparatively, especially for the level of service he provided. I would absolutely hire him again.

Mr. Stavins is the WHOLE package when hunting for an attorney! Not only is he genuine, he responds to EVERY call/ email, he dosent nonsense around and waste your money, very reputable in Court, and has passion for what he does. I would recommend him time and time again!!!

Where do I even start... I couldn't have asked to find a better lawyer to handle my cases during such a difficult time in my life.
