Hired Attorney John McNichols

John handled a very complex tort matter of first impression, involving eight consolidated cases and 50 plaintiffs. Novel legal issues were at play, including the scope of liability under foreign environmental statues. Difficult factual and expert issues had to be addressed, including SOL notice issues, environmental modeling, and medical causation. Over 20 experts were retained by the parties. John was responsible for developing the defense strategy. His work was excellent throughout.
