Hired Law Firm

We hired Alan Lescht & Associate Law Firm in March 2019 to be my defense team against Court Services & Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) on charges of Discrimination, Hostile Work Environment, MSPB violations and Retaliation. The first case was the MSPB Case started March 2019 and after hearing from the Judge, in August 2020 the agency asked to settle, and we accepted, and I recovered what my Lawyers asked. Then it was the EEOC case the packet had been submitted in March 2019 and assigned a Judge in August 2020. It wasn't until April 2021 that we had the initial meeting with the Judge of the charges. Court was in November 2022 and now we wait for the Judge's decision as of February 2023.But my Attorneys have put them on record, EEOC, for all to see what they did. I've seen and met people who value their "Oaths" they took for their positions to serve everyone the same. You cannot find anyone better that Alan Lescth & Associates Law Firm to defend you. They went well above and beyond the call of duty. Well worth the consultation fees and will retain them after I complete their recommendations. When I told Mr. Alan Lescht how thankful I was he seemed extremely thrilled to hear that. Since I am in Japan, staying up between 11:00 pm to 2:00 am to speak with Ms. Joyce Dozier and Mr. Alan Lescht was well worth it.
