Hired Law Firm

Met with Alyssa on 10/29 to retain. Took $250. which applies to retainer. Reviewed what I needed done, deps taking place 11/3, show cause re: husband adhering to agreement and quadro. She stated I had malpractice in former representation and did not need to go to Deps. Called to speak with her on 11/5, would not take call. 11/6 receptionist called stated she just took on a new Divorce case and was not taking new clients. This should have been stated when I called for consult. Unethical SCAM

Hired Law Firm

Mr. Williams refused to investigate charges against me, to investigate the fact my alleged victim was not even in the jurisdiction at the time of the alleged offenses. He manipulated and used scare tactics to falsely plead guilty in fear of being incarcerated for life. He even stated in open court (at sentencing) that my case would "have been a difficult case to prosecute..."
