Mr. McGill is highly skilled at what he does and represents his clients in an amazingly skilled in what he does. If you’re reading this review, I’ve been in your same shoes. Believe this review. I first filed for OPM Disability Retirement without a lawyer, and was denied. In hindsight, I wish I had hired Robert McGill upfront. Mine was a very complex and challenging case. I was missing alot of work because of an injury when I was targeted for termination for political reasons (or so I believe). Because I was injured and not able to do the job I was hired to do, Mr. McGill looked over my paperwork and at the time he said he was confident that I was still eligible for FERS disability retirement.  9 months later and I get a letter stating that I was not eligible for disability retirement from OPM. I will highly recommend Robert McGill. He took my extremely difficult case. After working with the federal government for over 14+ years I had a very difficult case. Won’t go into details about it, but I can just tell you I was convicted of a felony while working and still Mr. McGill was able to help me prove and win my case.
