Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. Anderson represented me in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I feel that the firm help in every step of the process, including the final steps after 5 years. Information was relayed to me promptly and all questions were answered. I would recommend Mr. Anderson.
Mr. Anderson was by far the most responsive lawyer I’ve ever had. He provided clear guidance and recommendations that helped me with a settlement. I might not have liked the recommendation to settle but he clearly explained the law and my chances of winning along with the cost to litigate the case.
Thanks Tim Anderson and your staff for all your help! This is the second time I've used your firm and you guys were always there to help.
I was referred to this practice by my company's legal insurance service for a traffic violation. As a corporate attorney myself, I am familiar with client representation and was expecting a certain level of professionalism and factfinding. To the contrary, Mr. Anderson did not attempt to get to the bottom of the facts in the case (I sent him my written account of the circumstances and he never acknowledged the discrepancies I noted), nor even to find out more about me so that he could adequately represent me. Mr. Anderson made no effort to speak up on my behalf in court. It is still unclear to me why I even hired him. I would have had the same result on my own. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing and I would not recommend his services.
Didn't inform client about anything, never ask if the client had people that witness the event, or document to bring to back up the event that happened. They made the client look like they were incompetent and not telling the truth. They never prepared the client for court. They call the night before to make sure they were going to court. I have deal with a lot of lawyers in my life time and this person was a green horn and not up to speed.
In 2015 , Tim Anderson's thieving secretary purposefully inflated the price of the consultation fee to discourage me from coming back , because she didn't like me . Said fee was paid in full , and Mister Anderson denied me services . Four years later , i came back , and his other thieving secretaries tried unsuccessfully to charge me for a second consultation fee , even after being informed that it was already paid in a former year . Thereupon , i waited for him outside of his office , and he pretty much ignored me . To this day , Anderson still owes me work on a case he got paid for , but never really helped with . In conclusion , if you want something in exchange for your hard-earned money , just go somewhere else .
Completely unprepared for my questions and concerns. Then completely unprofessional when I ask him how he planned to proceed with my case.
Tim Anderson seemed uninterested in the seriousness this matter was for me. It was clear within minutes I had wasted my time with this person.
Never returned any attempts at contact. At some point the firm has had itself listed as a legal firm dealing with nonprofit law. They ought to reexamine the services they purport to offer.
I sought this firm and this person for assistance with a bankruptcy. I never met with Anderson personally instead I was given a clerk who asked for papers which I later learned weren't even needed immediately. In any event, after stringing me along I discovered that my house was up for foreclosure one day. When I called this gem of a lawyer he told me he couldn't;t do anything because he was at court and that I had not paid him enough for the work. I lost my home.
