I was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. I graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. I obtained my Juris Doctor degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia and am now licensed to practice in Virginia, The District of Columbia and Missouri as well as many federal courts including the United States Supreme Court. I have used this law office for several reasons over the years and have always been extremely happy with the service I received. Tim and Rebecca are compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind people who are truly committed to providing you with the best legal service available. Whenever I had a question or needed clarification, Rebecca was quick to respond. She always took the time to ensure all my concerns were addressed and any changes or updates were quickly relayed either through phone call or email. Tim, as well, was easily accessible to discuss any details pertaining to our case and likewise addressed any and all concerns. We were always treated with the utmost respect and dignity, and not just as a case. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need and would continue to use them should any need arise.

They worked on my case quickly. Meagan the paralegal was amazing. Never waited long for a response from anyone in the office I would definitely use them in the future. By they way if your reading the Reviews to find out if you should use them for a bankruptcy to be filed I would absolutely recommend them 10 times over

This was an exceptional experience. Due to being hospitalized, i contacted Mr. Anderson quite late in the process and he immediately accepted the case and even attended the court hearing for me as i was still hospitalized. He was very professional and i believe that he achieved a very good result for my case.
