I give my absolute strongest recommendation to John. The med board process is terrifying, there are just too many steps and too much information to go at it alone. I hired John right before my flight doc initiated it and it was the best move I could have possibly made. He knows the entire process inside and out and explained it to me countless times along the way. Knowing you have an expert on your side is extremely comforting. Hire John and do it early, you will not regret it.

Like many people I did not want to go through a PEB/MEB, or be discharged. As a Medical Officer I knew, based on my condition, it was inevitable. The real issue was how to best handle the proceedings. As a PHS officer, finding an attorney who understood our complicated system was extremely challenging, until I found John (Jack) Gately.
