I had a great experience working with Mr Allen . He took the time to listen to my concerns and really cares for his clients. He is passionate about his craft He helped me to get a difficult family law case dismissed . He presented well in court and worked diligently to make sure I had a voice in the court room. He had a commanding presence and was sharp with his response to the judge and the other attorneys. He is also respectful, kind and followed up immediately with my concerns His fees are reasonable . I highly recommend him and would use him again if I needed legal help.

I would like to thank Earl J Wheeler and his Paralegal Dawn Craig, and Jessica Allen who was the paralegal for the start of my case. I did not win my case nor did I loss it either. We did a plea deal. Mr. Wheeler Dawn, and Jessica, kept me updated on everything from day one and even after my case was over. The compassion, and sympathy they showed to me and my family was above and beyond. I loved how they were upfront about everything in my case, and made this difficult time in my family lives much easier than it could have been. They did not treat me like a client, I truly felt like they were family. As we all know family would do anything for you, and that's the service I received from Holcomb law. Anyone out there that is thinking of hiring a law firm should really think about who you want to represent them. A law firm who's cheap and treats you like an inmate number, or a law firm with very competitive prices and treats you like family. Thank you Holcomb law PC!

We were in a rush to find the best law firm in the Hampton Roads area. We had a forthcoming court date & very little time to find a lawyer so I called my brother for advice which was: “Start with the best & work your way down.” So that’s what we did. Our initial consultation was w/ Mr. Holcomb. He told us what to expect and then paired us with a legal powerhouse, someone who is both skilled & responsive. Our lawyer, Carter Allen & his paralegal, Susan Cherry hit the ground running. While my husband & I prepared a list of questions, Mr. Allen had already filed a motion, called opposing counsel & sent a hand-delivered letter on our behalf. That was day one. Day 2 was even better. We wouldn’t need to appear in court; and any questions we thought we had, were already answered by actions. We can now return to our careers & leave our legal troubles w/an attorney who cares about his clients' best interests. We highly recommend Carter Allen and Holcomb Law Firm.
