Mark Matney did a great job with my case. Presented the evidence I had to the judge and the judge agreed with Mark's recommendation. Took a bad situation and made it work. Would use him again if the situation required it.

I hired Mr. Matney because I received a traffic ticket and wanted a professional to accompany me as I was nervous to go to court for the first time. Mr. Matney is very knowledgeable. He gave me suggestions on what efforts I could take to not only help win my case, but also help me become a better driver in the long run. Mr. Matney is very professional. He organized every document I sent him and took notes of every detail I told him about the case. He guided me to an organized representation using those details, so I could speak my testimony on the court day fluently and faithfully. Mr. Matney is very compassionate. He understands my traumatization caused by a traffic ticket that other people laugh at, and my nervousness of going to court. He rehearsed the court process with me a few times, so I knew what questions to expect and what procedures to go through, which was a great relief to my nervousness! My case got a better result beyond our expectations thanks to Mr. Matney.

I had a consultation and follow-up consultation with Attorney Katherine Nace. She is great! She is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well about a separation agreement/divorce, spousal benefits and contested/uncontested divorce. I have talked with two other attorneys. They were not as knowledgeable and I did not receive the same information from him/her that I received from Attorney Nace. This is a life altering process. And for me it's very important to have an attorney who is professional, experienced and knowledgeable; Attorney Katherine Nace meets and exceeds those criteria.
