Only money matters to this guy. Want to abuse an ex with the law on your side? This is your guy. Right and wrong?,makes no difference to David W Silek. If you even act like you will pay him he will take the case. My personal opinion is that he hates women. Working in a Boy's Club town like Front Royal makes it easy to gaslight and torment any female you feel has slighted you. So for that...A+ rating. As far as a decent human being...I think not.
After two years with David as my lawyer and my divorce. He was very rude and spoke to me with threats and name calling as if I was nothing. He charged way too much for never following though with much needed assistance and request for show causes along with not communicating and giving positive direction and help. He yelled and spoke very rudely each time I tried to speak with him. He even said “you are not anything of importance”. He thinks he is above everyone. He never followed through with any of my request and went as long as 8 months with no response from him whatsoever as I sent emails, called, and more. He has no empathy for anyone and only wants your money. Does not genuinely care about your life but only himself. He never reached out but only to degrade me and my case then ask for money. I kept paying him yet nothing I requested was ever followed through and he admitted to it on phone call. Don’t waste your money or time on this (lawyer) he does not care.
I was in a court room as a reporter for a paper. I have never encountered such a dramatic and flamboyant attorney. He was extremely rude to witnesses and even to the judge. His client seemed embarrassed. I interviewed his client and he was upset and mr. Silek wasn’t listening to his client’s questions or concerns. I definitely personally would never recommend this attorney to anyone. It is a shame that he makes all this money and could care less of the outcome.
