Hired Attorney Douglas Donnelly

While his services were excellent, he was basically not clear in any overages in his fees. He gave no heads up ballpark figure or warning. When this was pointed out to him, he wanted to suddenly lower his overage fees. This lacks integrity in an attorney. Adoption work is very emotional and he should fully understand that and also that money doesn't grow trees for some people who give him their hard earned money. I would not recommend him.

AVOID. Ive got time to write this since his total failure led to the ruination of my case, and life. I WISH I had followed my instincts and taken the red flags to warn me and avoided him, now I can only warn others. You will hear his skill and experience, he returns phone calls, he speaks English well. But I warn you! I fear him, his anger outburst concluded it wasnt just me as a poor client, something's wrong here. watch out, YOU CANNOT UNDO RUINED LIVES!! Thats what we got from Donnelly
