We Help Injured & Disabled Texans With Social Security Disability & Workers Compensation Claims

Alan W. Pigg, PC was established in August of 2005 to represent the people of East Texas in their workers' compensation and social security disability matters. Attorney Alan Pigg is Board Certified in Workers' Compensation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Pigg represented insurance companies in workers' compensation matters for over ten years and has unique insight into what difficulties workers will encounter as they progress through their claims. Our legal assistants, Marty Hart & Gwen Thompson, have more than twenty combined years of experience dealing with workers' compensation and social security matters. Our office is conveniently located in Tyler, Texas, and is devoted exclusively to representing the injured workers and disabled citizens of Texas.

Hired Attorney Mr. Alan Pigg

I highly recommend Alan Pigg and His Legal Assistants to anybody needing legal assistance! I was represented by Alan and His team of Professionals after a horrible auto accident, I thought my life was over but they helped me pick up the pieces, day in and day out! Marty and Ashley were very helpful with communication and making sure I was aware of all my options, they really care about you! If it wasn't for there help I would be at a complete loss to my situation! Much thanks to Alan Pigg!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
