RGG Law is a law firm established in 1995 with an office in Tulsa, OK. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing social security disability, bankruptcy, family law and 19 other areas of law.
I only wish this firm would of told me social security holds back 5 months back pay. also 5 months medicare eligibility.
ken rennolds is my lawyer. he has not done a very good assessment of the judge i was to see. he didn't help my very much. he did however make one major point that should have helped allot, but the judge ignored it. information on how the basics were going to go was very good. i love the secretary there (sonny), she is very helpful and considerate.
i was also told to reply once the judge denied me disability. this was a mistake. i had no information for disability to use. they just seemed lacking.
They failed to give adequate information in pre counseling to enable me to make good decisions.
Told me to go to small claims court-they wouldn't deal with my problem-did nothing, but still paid $100.00 for 5 minutes-supposed to meet with Kenny Reynolds, but got one of his assistants.
We have dealt with many attorneys over the past 45 years and have never experienced the unresponsiveness and failure to communicate that we had with this firm. We had an appointment with a named partner, but when we arrived were told we had been switched to their newest associate. We had to call 3 times to get our attorney to return our call. We finally requested our retainer be returned due to the lack of communication.
