Hired Law Firm
My daughter was severely bullied at her school when she was in the 2nd grade. Broken bones and physical therapy as a result. The school refused to do anything about it and even made jokes about "boys will be boys" when discussing the boy who broke her nose and cracked her spine. Mr. Frank Frasier took the case and treated my litter girl with the utmost kindness and respect. Advised us well, treated us like we mattered, and made sure my daughter was taken care of. I will always recommend this law firm. Especially Mr. Frank Frasier. HIGHLY recommend.
Katheryn Black & her staff were so welcoming from my very first visit. I felt very comfortable with them & was never made to feel stupid for all of my questions. Their procedures & communications were always clear & easy to understand. Their guidance, as to the next steps in my case, were always presented with best & worst-case scenarios & I felt based upon their wealth of knowledge & experience. They made a very unpleasant situation as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend Kathryn & her staff to anyone!
I would recommend Frasier, Frasier, and Hickman to anybody that is in need of legal counsel or help. I tried NUMEROUS other law firms before I came upon the fine staff and counsel at Frasier, Frasier, and Hickman. They were the ONLY ones who took my issue seriously and with the compassion that made me feel validated in my distress. They are not at all afraid to fight against big corporations or institutions with a lot of money and high priced lawyers. These guys know how to make your case and my family will be forever grateful to them for the way they were able to litigate my case and win us an award. Top marks for their service and their ability to win a case!! We are so glad we called them to hear our case! We wouldnt have gotten the help we needed had we not done so.
The fine folks at this law firm are very passionate about what they do. I feel that they are genuinely concerned about their clients and want to help them to the best of their ability. I'm greatful to have found them and to have them on my side.
The firm of Frasier, Frasier & Hickman also provided excellent service from day one and they have explained everything and answered all questions. I would recommend them to anyone. Frank Fraser has taken my calls and answer my question with out delay when I call.

Hired Law Firm
Forced into settling because of lack of confidence in the law firm. NEVER returned my phone calls. Transferred from attorney to attorney. I honestly believe that they did not have my best interest at heart. And still getting hospital bills they were supposed to take care of 3 years ago. So now getting credit threats.

Hired Law Firm
Attorney Trevor Reynolds refused to let my mother or I speak on a phonecall when we tried to establish service for a case my mother has. He just kept talking and wouldn't allow either one of us to get a word in edgewise. After a final attempted interjection (we were trying to give him information he had asked for), Trevor Reynolds finally told my elderly, 74-year-old mother, who has a traumatic brain injury, to "shut up if she wanted his help" . Trevor also failed to respond to emails wherein we sent him case documents he requested, and Trevor gave an excuse about how it was his secretary's fault. Before today, my mother was working on a probate case with FF&H attorney Maureen Johnson (who we both think is fine), but because of this awful experience with Trevor Reynolds, she no longer wants to work with anyone at this firm and plans on finding a new firm altogether.
Not friendly, not informative, allowed us to be blindsided. Do not hire from this law firm. Will not return calls. Feel blown off and and not valued as a paying client. I'm extremely hurt by how the withholding of information allowed us to be screwed over. Do your research and Do Not use this law firm. Cold hearted.

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
