I have used this firm twice. Once for criminal defense and they were amazing so I used them again for my bankruptcy and after 3 weeks of calling daily I still have yet to hear back from them.
They are extremely eager to get your money-quite a lot from someone who has none, but they don't explain the process until long after you have signed up. If you cancel the bankruptcy as we did, they won't return your calls and won't tell you when you will get back the money you have paid them minus the amount they will keep for a flat fee since they began work on your case. In our case it was $300 for having the case for approx 8 days.
I feel I was overcharged for the service. They did very little and it took them over 4 months to send me the paperwork that the bankruptcy was discharged.
Did not respond to calls and when they did it was only to inform that the case was going to an arbitration firm which would decide compensation. Therefor they gave up my rights to fight for better compensation as what I did receive was a slap in the face for the malpractice I was suing for.
This firm would not answer my questions on the bankruptcy laws pertaining to taxes. Because they did not properly inform me of this, it cost me thousands and thousands of $$ I would not recommend this law firm.
They are really overrating themselves during their TV commercials They say they care but in essence the only thing they really care about is getting their money they could care less about their clients unless the client has a lot of money
Did not seem to be very aggressive in obtaining damages. Failed to originate any form of communication.
My records were shifted four times before I was able to talk to someone that was familiar with my account. When I called, I was referred to different people and was given wrong information and what my next step should be. When I finally talked to a legal rep. I was told it would take some time. I never received calls from the firm to let me know what the status of my case was. When I would finally call, I was told that someone else was handling my case. This was my home.
The person you speak to is not a lawyer and doesn't have adequate knowledge.
