Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Attny. Bartlett was most patient working with my husband and I. When my husband passed away in 2017, Attny. Bartlett had to work with my three daughters and me. He was also very patient and knowledgeable regarding my Will and Trust. We decided to make all three daughters, equally, my trustees and P.O.A. upon my death. Two live in California and one of my daughters lives in Chicago. Attny. Bartlett had to communicate with each of them on my behalf and was effective and very understandable for me as well as for my three daughters. E.F.
Mr. Bartlett helped my parents understand their options for applying to ALTCS and the spend-down process. He gave them new information, and explained the whole process with patience and compassion. His explanations were excellent.
After my husband suffered a massive stroke, I realized how difficult it was to navigate the ALTCS system. Mr. Bartlett provided us with a detailed plan to help us pass the application process the first time! He continues to be very responsive to all questions and concerns. We will be forever grateful for his professional guidance! Tricia Rivas, RN
Mr. Bartlett listened well to our situation and then took on the challenge of an area of law with which he was not entirely familiar. He did a superb job at helping us present a strong case before the federal government, who had made an incorrect and costly billing error on a Medicare insurance matter. Mr. Bartlett and his associate are of top caliber, and we highly recommend them. The Bartlett firm was referred to us by another top law firm in Tucson.
Provided a will and a trust as well as a prenuptial agreement.
I was very pleased with the help I received from Mr. Bartlett when dealing with my parents' and their myriad problems as they aged. I was not happy with him when I asked for help in settling a trust fund after my husband died. He was excellent in elder care law. He should have passed on taking my trust issue, as he did nothing. He didn't do the job poorly -- he simply ignored it until I went away 18 months later.
I followed his advice, changed my mother's account the way he said so she / we could qualify for state aid, but the state still turned me down! $275 for nothing!
Paul Bartlett is the most unprofessional, unethical, unresponsiveness, dishonest attorney I have ever dealt with. I believe there is something shady going on with his business. My uncle passed away and had set up his estate with Mr. Bartlett. After my uncle passed we tried reaching Mr. Bartlett to go thru the next steps regarding my uncles wishes. Mr. Barlett would not return a phone call and would not allow us to make an appointment with him. His secretary used every excuse in the book as to why Mr. Bartlett could not talk to us on the phone. It looks like my Uncle was taken advantage of by an attorney. DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY USE MR. BARTLETT
Paul was especially capable of communicating well with my special needs grandson who has autism and mild retardation.
Paul had to explain a complicated and sensitive issue to him: he was able to do that while maintaining a professional, but friendly, manner.
My grandson became very at ease almost instantly, and viewed Mr. Bartlett as a "friend".
Pleasant, professional, expedient. Great listener and attentive to my needs. Very fair pricing.
