were thorough in evalutating my case
I don't think the attorney's should promise one thing and then not stick to it.
Communication as far as what was going on and when was poor I had to ask alot of questions I had to call them about. I was treated in my view like just another typical car accident victim. They ran me through their standard operating procedure by the book with everything pretty much pre-determined by a formula. Although I did not see it or figure it out completely until after it was all pretty much was done and over. I don't think I was fairly compensated for my pain and suffering.
Location was not close.
The attorney knew that she was leaving the firm in a few weeks and never told me. When I called and ask about my case, I was told that she was waiting for someone to get back to her. The trouble was she never even started my case. Of course, when a new attorney took over and he knew how upset I was, so they cut part of the cost, but by then I was so upset with the firm that I never remended them to anybody.
