Anita Lamar is obviously very knowledgeable in Car Accidents. I wasn't concerned with any of my bills because her confidence and understanding where claims could be made. She made my car accident claim go very smoothly! I never had any trouble. She is one of the greatest attorneys in Atlanta. My case with this firm took over 3 years to resolve, they had the hardest of time getting the witness in for deposition even with a “subpeona “. they had all evidence and police body cam footage of him talking with the witness. At the end I received only $6,000 as a result of no judgement settlement after 3 long years. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent, and the office often seemed unorganized. Even after my settlement was disbursed and deposited, I was contacted saying I still needed to sign paperwork I had already completed. Based on my experience, the level of professionalism and responsiveness described in other reviews does not reflect what I went through.

Lets just say, I'm very happy this attorney is no longer accepting or defending Family Law Cases. I was appointed this attorney through a special program for fathers who couldn't afford attorneys. As my case was a complete disaster by this attorney who had a ton of evidence and did not want to take the time or money (since it was pro bono at the time) to fight for me in court. Filed motions late that got denied, didn't demand evidence from the Defense, didn't show all evidence to me, etc, etc. I've been meaning to leave this review for the past 4 yrs.
