I had a car accident in 2019 the law office who took my case recommend me Mr. Robert Seidner as my Workers comp attorney, from the beginning he shown no interest, he barely answers his cell nor his text, I called many times asking for help with workers comp denials, never even answer I had 3 surgeries and 6 years of pain, when finally, the case got to the point of getting granted a permanent disability, without asking my opinion he told the judge they wanted to settle, without an offer so when I called him to get an explanation he did not answer or write back and try to quit my case by just ignoring me
One star. I cant speak for the entire firm but it would seem that the attorney Rodrigo Arturri and his legal assistant Emily Faucci didnt properly represent me during my workers comp case. I definitely should have picked a different law firm. They never once answered any of my phone calls and it usually took around 5 days to get a response back from Emily. There were a few times where Rodrigo didnt answer me back at all. I was out of work for 4 months after my surgery, went to countless appointments along with 3 months of physical therapy. Ended up losing my job because of it all. Now, after 18 months my comp case is over and I still havent seen, nor apparently will i be seeing any compensation. My advise would be to pick a different firm.
