I always had to call three or more times to get through to anyone each time I had to contact them. Even though I am disabled and unable to work, because my wife works a part time job close to minimum wage as our only source of income, we somehow "make too much money" and they refused to even submit my application. Even though my wife and I cant even pay half of our bills, they refused to work with me because they wouldn't get as large a payout as they want from my individual case.
