Hired Attorney Gerald Chefalo

Mr. Chefalo helped regain control of a out of control divorce and child custody case. Previous attorneys had over billed for services that were not rendered and had billed me for promises that were not kept. Mr. Chefalo came up with, and continues to follow through with, a very well planned out legal strategy. he does not make promises and places all options on the table, while fully discussing each option. Together with his staff, they have kept me informed each step of the way.

Very personable and knowledgeable. Were some errors on documents that I had to bring to their attention. I think he has too large a caseload for his staff to handle adequately.

Hired Attorney Gerald Chefalo

He said he would do a lot of things that he never did. And he charged me $10,000 for a service that I could have gotten better from a court appointed attorney. He turned out to be all talk and no action. I would never send any business his way.
