Hired Attorney Donna Berdych

Donna is a class-act and professional attorney, who represents the "little guy." She maintains her composure in court,and is ready to attack any curve-ball that is thrown her way. Donna is methodical and knows the law like the back of her hand, which only benefits her clients. It was a pleasure working with Donna, and I'd highly recommend her to anyone facing litigation. Without her, I do not believe the judgement we received was even a possibility. Thank you!!

Donna is amazing. The opposing lawyer tried everything to have our case thrown out. When that didn’t work, he tried to intimidate Donna and us. Donna stood her ground, expertly responded to whatever he threw her way, and professionally litigated our side of the case. We are grateful to Donna for helping us win our case. Throughout the entire process, Donna treated us kindly and was always on top of matters often thinking ahead. We trusted Donna and she was there for us.
