I was very fortunate to be referred to Lindsey Erickson. She is such a consummate professional. Her legal knowledge is second to none. I was guilty of a felony conviction but through her guidance made the outcome very palatable. Her ability to actively listen and compassionately understand my case was tantamount to receiving a more than fair parole sentence. The total care did not stop at sentencing. She was able to get my one year probation shortened to less than six months. The care continued as soon as my 3 years from the end of my parole obtained an expungement. She was active for almost 4 years! Ms Erickson sees you not as a felon, but as a real person ( even though I am a broken one). I called to discuss a possible expungement for a 20 year old case. It was after hours so I left a message. Dustin called me back first thing the next morning but I missed it. When I called back he spent 20 minutes with me explaining every facet of the case and gave me information that I no longer had access to. It turns out I didn't need to hire anyone at this juncture but, if I did, I would have absolutely moved forward with Dustin. Responsive, professional, knowledgeable, direct and patient. Dustin Curry was superb from the start. He was upfront about everything, made me feel more at ease with getting through the process, and kept in constant contact with me during the whole process. Unfortunately due to COVID things were a little more prolonged with the court, but Dustin ended up winning my case through a jury trial.
