Ms Weber is very easy to talk to and gave us great advice.
This lawyer was knowledgeable but is not a good match for small individual cases. He was not great at timely communication and giving guidance to help expedite settling. He appeared to be more focused on corporate cases therefore neglecting the "little guy".
David Friedrich was late to the first hearing after he was hired. He then began to raise his voice and tell me how he just got off vacation, not to tell him what the law says, got irritated when I wanted him to actually defend me, told me to hire a new lawyer around 4 mins into our first real conversation and was the most unprofessional attorney I've ever seen. He then took his time withdrawing from my cases and to top it all off, immediately began giving me the run around regarding a refund. I recently got a statement that was mailed out a week ago showing a $625 refund. I went to the office to inquire how to get my money and was told David had to "review the statement for any additional charges and checks come from the financial people (no company or bank name) and it would be another week before my refund is ready, if there is one after David Friedrichs "review". I wouldn't recommend David Friedrich to anyone, he is a crook and a sad excuse for an attorney.
David P Friedrich is a crook and a poor excuse for an attorney. The epitome of unprofessional, unwilling to provide actual legal help, attempts to fix his books to avoid issuing refunds to unsatisfied clients and even when a refund is due he will play games and avoid issuing it and he's a complete scum of a human being. He has no issue committing legal interference if someone dares fires him so be careful. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, ever, he shouldn't be allowed to call himself a lawyer in my opinion.
