We decided to create a trust to avoid probate issues when we eventually leave everything to our children, but we knew it would be a complicated and difficult process. Marcus Seiter made the process very simple for us. With just two meetings and a few emails, he walked us through it and our trust was set up and ready to go. He did all the heavy lifting. In addition, he was a very nice guy who understood that people like us are not experts in the law. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
