I engaged Marcus Seiter in 2019 to create an estate plan for my wife and I. Throughout he process (intake to final document signing), Marcus was well organized and completed all work on or ahead of the timeframe he committed to complete drafts. At times, Marcus worked over the weekends & holidays to get the work done. Marcus met 5 criteria we had: 1) he was knowledgeable about the implication and impact of unique requirements our estate plan entailed. 2) he had a good view of how to write the will and trust provisions enabling flexibility in the future should our personal circumstances change. 3) he was meticulous in ensuring that all provisions in the will & trust were complimentary. i.e., non-standard provisions required when a section in one document changed, that all documents had to be rechecked. 4) the will, trust, and other estate planning documents met our objectives 5) he ensured my wife and I understood each line in each document

There are several things we liked about him. He finished at the top of his class, which told us that he was smart and that “just passing” was not the way he did things. He also had a very patient demeanor and was very willing to work through some of the moderately complex wishes we had. We are a blended family and it was very important to us to make sure our wishes were crystal clear. Marcus wanted to get everything done exactly as we wished, as much as we did.
