I called Barth Law in a panic over a contractual dispute that I thought had been resolved and there was limited time for me to address it. Jason Barth responded very quickly and took time to carefully explain my position and offer his recommendations. I acted on his advise and my case was resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely work with him again. He was generous with his time, and I never felt like he was frustrated with me not understanding, he patiently explained things until I understood. I also discovered that he is not only an attorney but also a licensed real estate agent so next time I'm in the market for a house I would definitely consider having him help me find a home in addition to having him review the copious amount of paperwork involved in buying real estate in California!!

We needed help with a lawsuit against the city for our right to have beehives in our backyard. Jason did exhaustive research, gave us extensive information, and succinctly reduced it down to clear concise points. He recommended we not pursue a legal case to change city zoning variances because it would be a waste of our legal fees. This we appreciated and knew he had our best interests at heart. Instead, he had a better plan --reach out to the City Council. He represented us in a very professional manner, successfully communicated for us, and helped us receive a positive response from the Council and a suspension of our case! Jason has demonstrated his strong knowledge of the law, interpreted it clearly, and presented us with strategies. He listened to our concerns, put our minds at ease, and helped us determine our best case. His experience and willingness to go the extra mile in helping us was quite evident. We highly recommend Jason as a top notch attorney.

We contacted Jason on two separate occasions regarding legal matters with the sale and purchase of a home. Jason, explained all possible outcomes simply and completely. He made no promise of a certain result. But he did give us legal advice and information that helped us make the decisions on how to move forward. I would highly recommend him. Jason knew all the county ordinances and advised us of our rights in regard to our complaint. Jason sent a well crafted letter to the individuals not abiding by ordinances and the matter was immediately resolved. Prior to Jason the matter had gone on for five years.
