Attorney Remsen and his team are first class - I had excellent communication from the team and great service.
Very nice but can be a stickler when backing up your case which is great! I will probably use his services a few more times before my little one is 18. The same goes for my husband.
Frank was instrumental in winning my Alimony case brought forth by my ex-Wife. He was also able to get Child support cut in half when my daughter turned 18 (which is usually only a third) and then stopped completely after my son turned 18. The ex is after me again and Frank is on the Case!
I've had to use this attorney several times and at all times Mr. Remsen has been great! He truly shows that he cares about you and your case and he has been awesome in court. Thank you Mr. Remsen!
His Law firm did an excellent job with my divorce and was attentive to my needs in the matter.
Although handling my divorce wasn't terrible, he did have a winning result, however, I feel he should've fought for more money. He went for the lowest amount possible. When handling my chapter 13 bankruptcy, he DID NOT manage his paralegal. Her actions resulted in an additional bankruptcy-chapter 7, in which I had to forfeit my home and car. He then fired her and gave all his bankruptcy cases to another attorney...all without notification. I should've reported his firm to the Florida Bar.
-Frank was totally unprepared for hearing and had not read over the most basic case materials to answer questions judge asked of him.
-Though we very specifically asked Frank previously to bring case law regarding issue of "Child's Preference with age appropriate consideration" he brought none.
- Seat of the Pants, minimum to get by type of Attorney.
- His presence in the courtroom was so lackadaisical that the judge even commented saying "do you want to say anything on your clients behalf"
