I am extremely excited about writing this review for WENZEL FENTON CABASSA, P.A., and specifically, for Mr. Matthew Fenton and his team, who recently represented me in a case against my former employer. They gave me a voice by fighting for my rights. FIND YOUR VOICE! Whatever your case may be, please allow this law firm to STOP employers from committing injustices! I think that the COVID-19 Pandemic has created an opportunity for some unscrupulous employers, who have seen this as an excuse to furlough and eventually terminate employees, by justifying their actions saying: “this is a business decision”. No. In my case, it was what they saw as their perfect alibi for getting rid of an older, hard-working employee with many years of service in their employ, but perhaps with a slightly higher salary than those they had decided to maintain in their payroll. I strongly recommend Mr. Fenton. He is on your side, a true professional, always available to you. Do not hesitate!
