Mark Tischhauser is really amazing. I reached out to Mark seeking guidance on a civil case related to an incident at a school, but instead of offering support, Mr. Mark became argumentative and dismissive, making me feel unheard, particularly after I shared my African-American background this experience has taught me the importance of seeking help for those who truly listen and care, and I hope to find a more empathetic And support professional in the future. I highly don't recommend.
Never got back to me. Was taken by drivetime and their other companies for over $5000. Took my $2000 downpayment and added back onto total price. Their warranty company , silver rock forced me to pay half of a 100% covered engine replacement. They said it's because my cars value is $6000. Warranty is based on mileage and length of time owned not the value.
