The founder of The Fantauzzi Law Firm, P.A., Anthony Fantauzzi has been a civil litigator and trial lawyer in the Tampa Bay area for almost two decades. He received his Bachelor's degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Union College, where he played intercollegiate Varsity Football and was the college's 1995 Rhodes Scholar Candidate. He obtained his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, and prior to the founding his eponymous firm, was a member and partner at two of Florida's oldest and most respected corporate law firms; Fowler White Boggs Banker, P.A. and Shutts & Bowen, LLP, respectively. He has over ten years of experience representing Fortune 500 corporations, businesses, medical providers, hospitals, doctors, and other medical providers. He currently specializes in representing small to mid-size businesses for their various legal needs, including legal risk management, planning, and litigation. He is "AV" Preeminent® Peer Review Rated™ by Martindale-Hubbell®, was selected as a "Rising Star" in 2009 by Super Lawyers magazine, was chosen as one of Florida's "Legal Elite" in 2010 by Florida Trend magazine, is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Form, and a Master Member of the Wm. Hired Attorney Anthony Fantauzzi III

I just wrapped up a case with Anthony and was able to recover invested funds that needed to be recovered, thanks to Anthony. I did not get back the full amount invested but he was able to recover a large portion of my money and did so without dragging things out with litigation, which would have cost a great deal. It was more expensive than I had assumed but he was very open and transparent and was honest and great with communication. I would suggest you hire Anthony to support you or help protect you.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
