I am very thankful for the quick response to my email as most places never even respond.. After only few questions over the phone, he was able to understand my situation and give me great advice. Unfortunately, he specializes in cases with the opposite scenario and couldn't represent me. The amazing part was that even though there was no charge, he still took time to guide me and help me understand the perspective that any lawyer as my opposition would have.

I reached out to Mark seeking guidance on a civil case related to an incident at a school, but instead of offering support, Mr. Mark became argumentative and dismissive, making me feel unheard, particularly after I shared my African-American background this experience has taught me the importance of seeking help for those who truly listen and care, and I hope to find a more empathetic And support professional in the future. I highly don't recommend.

Never got back to me. Was taken by drivetime and their other companies for over $5000. Took my $2000 downpayment and added back onto total price. Their warranty company , silver rock forced me to pay half of a 100% covered engine replacement. They said it's because my cars value is $6000. Warranty is based on mileage and length of time owned not the value.
