As a mental health thearpist, it is mind blowing to watch how a victim can be revictimized in a court room let alone gaslighted by an opposing counsel. For anyone reading this, under no circumstance is it ok to attempt to throw or push anyone down the stairs. Whether the person is a few weeks pregnant or 9 months pregnant! For an opposing counsel to even present this claim, is an indicator that she may not be mentally well herself. Did the judge order her to a psychological evaluation? Did she run out of any other false claims? Ms. Rosales really protected her client and objected to the ridiculous allegations presented by the other side. Ms. Rosales your work was remarkable. Thank you for standing up for a woman who has fought for her child since before the child was born. Many women have lived in survival mode because they do not have access to an attorney of your caliber. The world needs more attorneys like you. Thank you!!!!!!
