After I had resigned as a State Trooper due in part to be re-assigned 2 counties more 60 miles away to fill a vacancy of a transfer. I had been placed on administrative duties with pay amid an investigation of what I wad no clue. 10 mos later I was called in to answer questions regarding a traffic citation. Remembering the nature I came in with the hunch that it would be to answer questions they already made their finds up at the State Attorney's Office to perform charges. 8 months later after a criminal case of perjury was dropped I faced my accusers, my squad Sgt and Lt. It was completely erroneous and with 3 witnesses that testified it was without clear and convincing evidence that the case was dismissed but even though the Judge had asked the petitioner after hearing strong testimony what he'd like to do now he requested revolcation of certification. The judge made his decesion in requesting dismissal and that action wasnt finalized for 11 years. The Judge had huge integrity!
