We have found that Mr. Boatman lives up to his motto of Truth Guided, Relationship Driven. He has fought for us in the foreclosure process, and has lead us through to a workable compromise. While doing this he has maintained an open, caring, informative relationship. We have never been out of the loop of positive reinforcement of our case. This is the second time Mr. Boatman has brought us to a positive result.

The Boatman Law Firm has provided us a way to get out from underneath an overwhelming situation with upside down properties. We would not have been able to do it ourselves. The firm allowed us to continue on with our lives and sleep at night! Prior to retaining the Boatman Law Firm, we tried to communicate with the banks to no avail. Jim Boatman and his staff got us through two major hurdles and we are working together on the final hurdle. We highly recommend the Boatman Law Firm.

Jim is always prepared. When a person needs legal assistance they need someone who prepares for meetings and hearings. I would recommend the Boatman Law firm for any legal issues. Although land use and zoning were not his primary fields of litigation, James Boatman was as prepared as any land use attorney would have been. James and his firm are number one in the Naples/Bonita area
