Mr Wayne Bailey represented relatives of mine with probate and taxes. Plus securing real estate that had been taken from them through their lack of comprehending what was taking place. In their time of dealing with the loss of their only child, they were too trusting of a previous attorney and someone they had known. Both of these individuals, in our opinion, took advantage of my relatives. Mr Wayne Bailey was located through the internet and chosen based on all the positive reviews on his web site. He inherited a bit of a legal mess! But has worked very hard and built a trust that has resulted in a positive outcome for my relatives, sister and brother in law. We would recommend him for any legal issues anyone may have! We feel he has communicated every step that has been taken. Plus, we feel he has gone beyond, as is said, the call of duty. We, as stated above, highly recommend him for any legal help you may need.
In my opinion, there was no communication with Mr Ketterman. We were told we were lacking facts on the heirs to property in question. We weren’t told this when we paid our retainer fee and we had to find facts out for this case on our own. If this firm couldn’t find these out why didn’t they tell us this when they were hired. I was told today they called a couple people I named but haven’t heard anything back and couldn’t proceed legally until these heirs communicated with the firm. Very frustrated with the firm, I expressed this with Mr Ketterman today, I was told to get the hell out.
I had Jarred as my attorney for a Non-Contest Divorce. After speaking with him he needed information and attempted to call and I missed his call. Instead he called my soon to be ex wife with not knowing I was right there and asked her if she was going for child support and alimony and she could if she wanted to. My lawyer telling my wife she should and could. REALLY? Even she looked at me like what the… After that he requested that we explain to him via email why led to us deciding to get a divorce. We kept it very simple and easy of the reason why. Just crew apart and in different directions. His response? That was the bear minimum and blanded response ever. Jared never contacted the local county judge to get my case heard. Instead never responded to messages and got mad when I asked what was going on. He then let me go as a client. He lies when he says he has/is doing work because he never called the judge to get my case on docket and I have proof. He dropped me because i questioned his work ethics and is character. WE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE OKLAHOMA BAR ASSOCIATION FOR FAILING TO PERFORM YOUR DUTIES AS LEGAL COUNSEL AND OVERCHARGING!!! YOUR LAW FIRM NEVER GOT US INTO COURT 8mos LATER BECAUSE YOUR LAW OFFICE WAS TO BUSY ALLOWING THE OPPOSING COUNSEL TO HAVE THEIR WAY!!! NOT TO MENTION YOUR SO CALLED PROFESSIONALISM OF LAUGHING IN THE COURTROOM WHEN I WENT TO COURT TO CHANGE ATTORNEYS ALONG WITH OPPOSING COUNSEL, ABOUT HOW THEY AGREED TO MY TERMS BUT HOW YOU FORGOT TO TELL ME ABOUT IT ESPECIALLY ON THE DAY MY 17 YEAR OLD BROTHER WAS AT HOME ACTIVELY DYING AND DIED WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER THE COURT HEARING. BESIDES IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING FROM NUMEROUS OTHER OF YOUR PREVIOUS CLIENTS THAT THEY TOO HAD TO DISCHARGE YOU AND SEEK OTHER LEGAL COUNSEL TO HAVE THEIR LEGAL NEEDS MEET!!! MY NEW ATTORNEY HAD US IN COURT WITHIN 6WKS
I hired Wayne Bailey in March 2022 for the probate of my mom’s estate. I was promised that he was going to have the opposing party's case thrown out for failure to notify heirs that didn’t happen. I would take him copies of documents only to be charged for copies I gave him. He allowed the opposing counsel too much leeway and didn’t appear to be interested in handling my case only in overcharging me. I was charged approximately $8100 to have only been appointed special administrator of the estate. If I took documentation I was charged if I called his office I was charged. I was even being charged for him and his office employees to check the mail at the courthouse. I never made it to court almost 8 mos after hiring him then he wanted to threaten me with withdrawing if I didn’t make him a payment and he had already received over $3600 at that time. I finally filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Bar Association in regard to this matter. I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring.
