Ms Pierce is a highly skilled lawyer in her area of expertise, but add in her ease of communication and this is what made her the perfect fit for my needs. She was easy to speak to, knows the law, and took care to inform me how I could keep my costs down while still accomplishing the job well done. She has a calm, graceful yet professional way of speaking and had no trouble de-escalating a situation in the quickest possible (and complete) way. I feel no need was left unaddressed, and I couldn't be happier with her representation. If you are seeking a business attorney-- anything to do with employment law or any other area she covers, this is the attorney to see first!

She is not afraid to tell you when your wrong and takes a multifaceted approach to deal with all situations. I have used other attorneys for my buisiness and by far Kathleen is the best attorney I have ever had.

I do have to say she is the most troll attorney, she has a kind heart and know how to get her point across in a very professional way. She made me and my Husband feel important and worth fighting for a battle that was a if situation a property line dispute that went through my house and it is 115 years old. she took the case and won. Kathleen Pierce really went to bat for me and my children. She truly went above and beyond to stand up for what was right. She is a family oriented, grounded, personable individual with empathy and compassion, yet a tenacious, “never give up” fighter as an attorney. You know where you stand with Kathleen, there is nothing phony about her. She never gave up with my extremely difficult case where many attorneys would have. Instead she researched further and found more evidence and legal cases that fully protected us and we won. In fact they came back at me again almost a year later and Kathleen had my back completely. They lost on all motions and had to even pay all of my attorney fees. It was some high flying expensive Seattle attorney and law firm and Kathleen blew them away. I am very glad I hired her and would do it again.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
