Hired Attorney Terry J. Kirwan Jr.

I cannot speak of credibility of previous reviews about him. All I can tell that my interest and the merits of my case wasn't addressed before court. He never clearly deposed the other party, like he said he will do it. He intentionally weakened the merits of the case to serve the other parties interest. He always cared about bills and payment, more than presenting the facts of the clients case before court. If I were you then I would represent by yourself, as you will be better off speaking on your behalf before a court. Deep in his heart, he knows that he ruined my case and my career, because he never presented the merits of my case efficiently.
