Steinberg is probably a good firm to select if you need a will or home sale contract. Beyond that might be a push.

Working with them was awful had a simple workers comp.case took 7 years to settle.Then 15 years later found out medical bills was not paid. Even though I had lifetime medical had to borrow money to pay back medicare because they cut my social security.The accident happened in 2003 was settled in 2009. It's now 2020 and I am still trying to get them to help me recoup the money that I had to borrow and take from my family. Please just becarefull my attorney was M.C.. p.s. if you're lawyer says sounds like you have time on your hands run he wants you to do the work.
This was the worst experience ever. I was being represented by Kelly Alfreds in an automobile accident that took place in 10/2015. I wasn't told until 03/2018, that the driver that hit my bus didn't have insurance and my only option at this point was to sue my personal insurance company and not my jobs insurance. The communication was extremely poor as I would have to call and wait nearly a week before speaking with anyone and each time was like having to explain everything a'll over again.
Paula the paralegal for David Pearlman is very rude and cares less about your injury. After settlements they blow you off not follwing through with assisting to help with further treatments. They have shown proof that it's all about the money not my rights and help to get better from my injury. I have filled a complaint with the state bar against them.
