I initially researched attorneys after being in an automobile accident. I went with the most advertised on television. After a month or so of confusing and unorganized communication with this firm, I went with another attorney that I had requested information from in the beginning. Joe Landy from Lesser, Lesser,Landy &Smith,PLLC. I cannot say enough about this unique attorney. He put me at ease from the start. After he began working on my case, my husband had an accident and was in the hospital for over a month where he then unfortunately died. This rocked my world and I was completely shattered. Joe would call me every couple of weeks and ask how I was doing and assuring me to take care of myself and not to worry at all about my case. He went above and beyond for me. He fought for me and did not involve me unless it was necessary. He won my case without having to go to court. That is a big deal!! I just love him and would refer him to anyone.

My husband was in a horrible accident in 2014. Mr. Landy was able to get us a very sizable settlement amount for all of the trauma we endured. Then again in 2020, my husband was struck from behind once again. For the second time, Mr. Landy was able to have us compensated fully for our losses . He is an excellent attorney who takes a great deal of pride in providing high quality, professional service.

Have spent much of my adult life observing the excessive litigiousness and misapplication of legal precedent, embellished with complicated legal jargon and semantics as a means of evading justice. I think that is why I have been so incredibly overwhelmed by the professionalism, graciousness, and personal attention to detail allocated by Glenn E. Siegel, Esq.
