Our beautiful daughter was in a fatal car crash in May of 2021, she had recently turned 18 and the accident she was involved in had a total of 4 vehicles, it became very clear very early that we would need representation, even before our daughter's funeral. I did not want an "ambulance chaser", we needed someone that would be by our side the entire way. I got to work looking through the Florida Bar list of Board Certified Lawyers and contacted Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith. Mr. Landy contacted me the very next day and that is where Mr. Landy took the wheel for us. He and his paralegal Jessica were compassionate, professional, prompt, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. They communicated every step of the way. He won the case for us! Our daughter's legacy will be able to live on due to his knowledge and willingness to get justice for our daughter. We can't thank them enough! It was a pleasure to work with LLL&S. Joe Landy represented my family in a personal injury case in the estate of my mother. Joe was very professional and explained everything in a manner that we could comprehend as to what to expect.
