For nearly 90 years, the attorneys at the law firm of Newman Williams, P.C., have been helping clients throughout the Pocono region to resolve a broad range of complex legal issues. Ours is among the longest continually operating law firms in Monroe County.

Originally established in 1923 by attorney Russell L. Mervine, our firm was built on the principles of courtesy, honesty and integrity. We are proud of the reputation we have established with lawyers, judges and others throughout the Pennsylvania legal community. Our firm is frequently selected by out-of-state attorneys in need of local representation. I would leave 100 stars if I could! Best lawyer ever. Him and his staff, amazing Not only so professional, but they smoother out every concerns I had, always returned my phone call in the same day, explained everything clearly and with kindness, I would recommend him 100%.

Hired Attorney Vincent Rubino

Attorney Vince Rubino is a consummate professional with a personal touch. I never felt rushed; when meeting with Mr. Rubino, he made me feel like I was his only concern and getting me the best outcome was his sole purpose. I would recommend Mr. Rubino to anyone in need of a compassionate, understanding, and highly competent lawyer. As comfortable as I felt with him, I also saw him make the other side very uncomfortable because of his competitive nature.

Mr. Rubino was compassionate and at the same time very professional with our Chapter 13 bankruptcy after we were in a auto accident and lost our income. It really was simple and quick and we were treated with respect at a very difficult time in our lives. I thank Mr. Rubino and his staff.
