This was my first time working with Attorney James Hardy and was very pleased that he was able to get my criminal domestic case dismissed. Every time I appeared at court Mr. Hardy had several other clients in addition to myself and from what I saw each of them (including myself) was given very fair and honest legal counsel in a strait-forward but compassionate manner and Mr. Hardy and his advice seemed to be well received all around. I believe Mr. Hardy's vast experience which he has amassed throughout his career (and the very large amount of cases and clients he has taken and continues to take on, [which I looked-up while doing my own due-diligence prior to hiring Mr. Hardy]) has allowed him to earn a great deal of respect and good rapport with many and probably most of the prosecutors in this state (Connecticut) and allows him to give a fair and honest legal assessment of what he will be able to do for you in regards to your case. Mr. Hardy worked diligently on my cases and was able to negotiate my charges with the states attorney. He was very informative and made himself available to me when I would call.

I spoke with James over a year before the final divorce was settled. Of course neither of us expected the complications of Covid 19 and the Court System of CT becoming somewhat stagnant. James had to represent me in CT while I lived in FL, this in itself created some unique challenges he was able to overcome. He was professional, respectful, and informative with explanation and council. I never want to use him again, but would if I had too. It's easier to never re-marry. :)
