In speaking with some friends they told us about their setting up a "Living Trust". My wife and I decided that since we had never done any real planning for the future we should look into our situation. After evaluating our current financial status, coupled with the fact that we were getting along in years we decided that it would be a good idea to get a living trust. The only problem, neither me nor the wife had any idea of even where to start. So our friend recommended we contact the attorney that had helped him and therefore; I took my friends advice and setup an appointment with Attorney Mark S. Drobny to assist us. From the very first time I met with Attorney Drobny and provided him with my personal information about myself and what end results I was seeking I was impressed in that he took the time to explain all the details of just how a Living Trust worked. Attorney Drobny and his staff provided excellent technical services and the professionalism of the entire staff was quite impressive. Attorney Drobny and his staff handled the job for me in a very timely manner and I am now comfortable with my estate planning. I can honestly say that if anyone is seeking assistance with estate planning that I don't believe you could find a better choice of Attorneys to help you that Mark S. Drobny!

Mr. Drobny immediately made me feel at ease during our first meeting. I had some concern in regard to setting up my family trust. Mr. Drobny was easy to talk to, and came up with some good ideas that I had not thought of. I felt that he certainly knows the subject matter quite well. I now consider him as my lawyer, and if any legal matters come my way, I will not hesitate in calling him. I most certainly would recommend him to anyone.
