Normally I wouldn't rate someone a 5 in all categories, but Joe Troy is the exception. During our wrongful Death suit he didn't feel like our attorney, he felt like a member of our family. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable in the civil suit, but also got involved in the criminal side when things weren't moving along. Atty. Conway helped me deal with many issues from a car accident that broke my neck and required surgery. I was disabled and not able to work in shipbuilding due to physical restrictions. The "lizard" company where I had 250,000 dollars of uninsured motorist coverage offered no money at all. The x-ray clearly showed a broken bone in my neck, $92,000 to fix. Must say his patience, calmness and steadiness is a real blessing. He was there to fight for your rights and yet knew the insurance company had their own agenda. This is where his skill came in, understanding what the case was worth, what to request for a settlement amount for. Knowing how to handle the insurance company with respect and courtesy to arrive at an outcome he and his client would be happy with.
Additionally he took personal interest in his client and you felt that he really did care about you.
