I am the executor of a small estate for an elderly relative. I did not receive a return call when I initially contacted the office. When I called the second time I was told, "No attorneys are in the office and we don't know when there will be." I attempted to make an appointment for a date 5 days in advance and was REFUSED citing, "We won't know who will be in or when so we can't give you an appointment." Highly unprofessional and ethically negligent.
