I had an initially positive experience working with Alla, decided to not move forward and was charged $3K+ !! Watch out for how reasonable she is and how easy it is (or really lack thereof) to work with her. Unfortunately I had a negative experience at the end. Buyer beware and I thought appropriate to warn others! There are many lawyers out there and I'm sure would be more capable and reasonable. I would recommend to NOT work with her. I have filed a complaint with the NY Bar as well. If you have the same negative experience, I would suggest you do the same and utilize the rights you have.

I initially hired this attorney to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Instead, I was advised to pursue Chapter 11 for my company. I relied on professional guidance and trusted that this was the appropriate strategy. The case continued for more than three years while I kept paying legal fees. The matter was never properly completed. As a result, I experienced significant financial loss and prolonged stress. After consulting other independent attorneys, I was informed that my situation could likely have been handled much more simply, faster, and at a substantially lower cost. Based on my experience, I would not recommend hiring this attorney. I strongly encourage anyone to seek independent legal advice before signing any agreement

working with this lawer was the worst experience ever. Will never recomend her to anyone, have know clue how she is still not disbared, but obviosly it is not going to last long. mentaly sick and ustable, the medication does not work at all.
