A timeshare is great when it is being utilized and the assessment fees are fixed and/or reasonable. Let’s assume for whatever reason you no longer desire to own a timeshare and would like to sell or cancel. Please be advised that timeshares are extremely difficult to escape. Timeshare companies know how to play hardball, and will take advantage of the unschooled. In my opinion, the best solution is to hire a law firm like the Finn Law Group to successfully resolve timeshare legal matters.

My husband and I had a very bad experience where were totally deceived by a salesperson at a timeshare location. We were devastated. While surfing the internet to find a solution a popup for Michael Finn appeared - God sent. We contacted him and, due to our circumstances, frustrating at times, Mr. Finn and his associates were able to assist us in reaching an amicable agreement with the timeshare company. We highly recommend this firm.

We were afraid of some of the scams and frauds being made against time share owners and checked out several claims made to assist us. Finn Law had an A+ BBB rating and we went with Finn Law and not sorry that we did. Wyndhan released us within a few months after hiring Finn Law and our time share problems are behind us.

Finn Law and there staff were professional and helpful thru the process and communication. They did as they said they would, took about 6 months as stated and relieved me of the Timeshare I had never used. Thought I might get some funds back, but did not. I am happy to be away from it. It cost me just about exactly what I owed, so felt like a wash for me and worth a try. I was skeptical of the situation with all the scams and promises in the Timeshare industry. I would recommend them to anyone.

Finn Law Group done the best job on helping us with getting out of our time share issue, and restored our credit to 100%. It took a few months but it was well worth it. The outcome was great for us and the staff was always very helpful and kept us up to date on everything.

I had tried many avenues to get rid of my timeshare but just didn't feel confident that it could work plus it was very expensive. When I spoke with Michael I felt as thought his plan could work. I was very pleased with the service. Whenever I had a question or concern someone always contacted me in a timely fashion and now i am FREE from the albatross. No more forever rising maintenance fees with disappointing resorts that they provided always off season. Finn Law Group delivers.
