I am an in-house lawyer at a large company that has benefit plan which provides legal services through MetLife. After conferring with a colleague in the St. Louis legal community, I chose to work with Alan for my estate planning. I had engaged Alan Steinberg when my Mom passed away to guide me as a new Trustee of her Trust, and also to represent the Trust when selling the family home. Alan was great to work with! I found few attorneys who have real-live experience with trust administration, and Alan was able to answer my many questions. We sold the home without a real estate agent, and Alan was extremely helpful throughout the Contracting, Sale, and Closing process. In addition to his legal expertise and experience, Alan is also extremely responsive...I would Email a question to him in the evening, and typically received his reply the next morning.
Alan Steinberg created family trust documents for our family. He provided good insight and information about details and decisions that needed to be included in our documents. He was responsive to my questions and was very patient with my wife. Overall, I consider it to have been a successful process.

Alan Steinberg helped my wife and I set up family trust documents. He did an excellent job of educating us about different options and pros and cons of different types of trusts for use in Missouri.
